PRIVACY POLICY IN SALON

Velt will collect information from you when you visit our salon or have a service provided to you.

What information does Velt collect?

Services- Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Date of Birth and a list of any allergies you may have.

Notes- Velt staff keep records of any services provided and from time to time will record any details from the service (i.e., products used during treatment, any reactions or sensitivities, additional information which is not limited to Personal Information)

This information ensures we can provide you with the highest quality service possible.

These details are retained in our database for record keeping purposes.

If we do not receive the information necessary, Velt may not be able to provide goods, services or information to you. Or may not be able to provide you the same standard of service as if we had the information requested. 

  •     SERVICE POLICIES

 By making an appointment with Velt you agree to our salon policies and cancellation fees:

- Appointments cancelled with 8 hours or less notice will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.

 - Appointments cancelled with 2 hours or less notice, or a no show, will incur a 80% no show fee.

- Clients who reach 3 same day cancellations and/or no shows, will no longer be receiving future appointments.

Velt understands that there can be unforeseen circumstances that will result in clients needing to cancel appointments, however please ensure to provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice, this way we may be able to potentially fill your appointment.

  • Deposits -

    Some of our services require a strictly non-refundable booking fee. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, more than 8 hours notice must be given. If less than 8 hours notice, the booking fee is not transferable to another appointment and the booking fee will be forfeited.

  • Velt requires all customers to come to their appointment alone, strictly no babies or small children, we apologise for any inconvenience.
