While everything we stock is Australian owned, there are some brands on our website that are manufactured overseas. This is because the product is just too good not to stock! We have made sure all of these overseas manufactured products are ethically made. Any products that are not Australian made will have it written within the product description for your convenience.

Yes, our salon/store is located in Albury NSW. You may either purchase online and select “local pickup”, otherwise feel free to visit us in our Albury store.

We currently do not ship our products internationally.
Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. We have both express and standard postage available.
If your order is placed before 12pm Mon-Fri, your order will be packed and sent that same day. Any orders after 12pm will be sent the following business day. Express post will take 1-2 business days from day of postage. Standard post please allow 3-5 business days from day of postage.
Yes, when a product is out of stock, please select the “notify me when back in stock” button and type in your email. As soon as this product is back in stock you will receive an email notification.
Velt accepts returns or exchanges in the form of a store credit only (no refunds), on products that are unopened, and returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Please see our refund policy page for more information and how.
